Part A

General information

A.1

How points work

Customers earn points based on the actions they take on the app, and on how often they take them. The points value assigned to a given action is identical for every customer — no customer earns a different amount of points for performing the same action as another.

A.2

Streaks

Performing a qualifying action consistently, over consecutive periods, earns a streak. A streak pays bonus points on top of the points already earned for the action itself. For example, a customer who logs in on consecutive days earns points for each login, plus an additional bonus once a qualifying number of consecutive days is reached.

A.3

Anti-Bot Safeguard

There is no daily or per-period cap on points. However, since every trade awards points, a safeguard prevents customers from farming points through rapid, low-value trades: if a customer places 3 trades on the same market or event within a 5-minute window, no gamification points are awarded for those trades.

Part B

Eligibility criteria

B.1

Who's eligible

Customers become eligible for both weekly and monthly prizes the moment they sign up on the FanPredikt website.

Minimum age to win a prize: 13 years old.

Open to all countries and regions, subject to the local regulatory steps described in C.6.

B.2

Multiple accounts

There is no limit on the number of accounts a customer may hold. Each account is treated as an independent entrant on the leaderboards, provided it is verified against a valid user ID.

B.3

Excluded persons

FanPredikt employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win a weekly or monthly prize.

B.4

Uniform application

These rules apply to every customer. There are no exceptions.

Prize-specific terms & conditions

C.1

Weekly prizes

Decided by whoever collected the most points within the rolling 7-day period defined above. At the end of each period the leaderboard resets to zero for all customers, and a new 7-day race begins immediately.

C.2

Monthly prizes

Monthly prizes are not tied to points earned during that calendar month. They go to whichever three customers hold the highest all-time cumulative point total at month-end. A customer's weekly leaderboard position or resets have no effect on this all-time total.

C.3

Announcement timing

Monthly winners are announced at the end of the last calendar day of the month, after 11:59 PM.

If the last day of the month falls on a Sunday — coinciding with the end of a weekly period — weekly and monthly winners are announced together, at the same time.

C.4

Tie-breaking

If two or more customers are tied on points at the end of a period:

The tie is broken in favor of the customer who took the greater number of actions to accumulate that point total.

If a tie still remains after applying that rule, every remaining tied customer receives one prize each.

C.5

How prizes are delivered

FanPredikt attempts to award prizes within 1–24 hours of the end of the applicable contest period.

Prizes, and any redemption instructions, are sent to the email address on the customer's account. Only that email address is verified — no further identity check is required unless C.6 applies.

Winning customers also receive an in-app notification confirming the win.

There's no deadline to claim a prize once notified — but the prize itself may carry its own redemption/expiry window, detailed in the prize instructions.

Prizes cannot be changed, exchanged, or swapped at any time.

C.6

Regional regulatory requirements

Some jurisdictions require additional steps before a prize can be released, under local law. FanPredikt will notify any affected winner directly.

Canada

Winners residing in Canada must correctly answer a skill-testing question to receive their prize, as required under Canadian contest law.

To be declared an official winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question. The question will be administered online at the time of prize claim, and must be solved within sixty (60) seconds of presentation.

Potential winners have until the prize's original expiry date to initiate the claim process. If a potential winner fails to correctly answer the question within the time limit, or fails to initiate the claim before the prize expiry date, the prize will be strictly forfeited.

Part D

General terms & conditions

D.1

No purchase necessary, no pay-to-win

FanPredikt is free to play. No purchase is required to participate or to win, and no paid upgrade or payment of any kind improves a customer's odds of winning.

D.2

Liability

FanPredikt is not responsible for a customer's inability to redeem a prize for any reason — including an outdated account email, an incomplete regional verification step, or expiry of the prize's redemption window.

D.3

Reservation of rights

FanPredikt reserves the right to:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue the leaderboards, the points system, or any prize, at any time.

Disqualify any customer or account suspected of fraud, collusion, or abuse of the platform.

Withhold or reclaim a prize awarded in error or to an ineligible customer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
