FanPredikt ("FanPredikt," "we," "our," or "us") operates a free-to-play prediction and forecasting platform, along with related websites, mobile applications, and online features (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Services, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you.
FanPredikt is headquartered in Canada. Some of our vendors, service providers, and team members are located outside of Canada, which means your information may be handled in other countries as described below.

FanPredikt is completely free to play. We never collect, store, or process credit card numbers, bank account details, or any other payment or banking information — full stop.
There is nothing to pay, so there is nothing financial for us to collect.

To create a FanPredikt account, we only require an email address and a password. That's it — those are the only two pieces of information you must provide to join.

Again, none of this optional information is required to use FanPredikt, and we do not collect any payment card, bank account, or other financial account information at any point, from anyone, ever.

Children's Privacy
FanPredikt is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use FanPredikt with the review and approval of a parent or legal guardian, who should be involved in setting up and overseeing your account.
If we learn that we've collected personal information from a child under 13, or from a user under 18 without appropriate parental or guardian approval, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
